“Graham started off as a geophysicist for Shell in gold and tin exploration in Tasmania and central Australia, he later turned to satellite image processing and ended up in the games industry. But it was In 2013, at a Nesta hackathon, when he came up with the idea to build a cloud service to manage energy. The aim was to help people to do the right thing without having to change their behaviour. Two years later and his idea is now an exciting new business: Upside Energy. We questioned Graham about his journey so far.”
